01Purpose

RingScore is built for legitimate AI receptionist evaluation. It can simulate realistic patient calls, generate custom personas, run stressful dental workflow scenarios, call AI receptionist numbers, analyze transcripts, and create readiness reports.

Because these capabilities can be misused, users must follow this AUP. You may only use RingScore responsibly, lawfully, and with proper authorization.

02Authorized testing only

You may only use RingScore to test phone numbers, AI receptionist systems, workflows, organizations, and environments that you own, operate, administer, or are explicitly authorized to evaluate.

You may not use RingScore to test, call, probe, record, monitor, benchmark, investigate, or evaluate any third-party phone number, AI receptionist, business, dental office, vendor, competitor, person, or system without authorization.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of RingScore does not violate any applicable vendor agreement, platform terms, confidentiality obligation, or technical restriction applicable to the AI receptionist system or phone number being tested. Authorization from a practice or organization may not be sufficient if a separate vendor agreement restricts automated testing, recording, benchmarking, or evaluation.

You are responsible for ensuring that every call target, test number, scenario, persona, and evaluation workflow is authorized and lawful.

RingScore may require proof that you own, operate, administer, or are authorized to test a phone number, AI receptionist system, workflow, organization, or environment. RingScore may block, restrict, or suspend testing until authorization is verified to RingScore’s satisfaction.

03Prohibited call targets

You may not use RingScore to call or test:

  • emergency services, including 911 or similar emergency numbers;
  • government hotlines or public safety numbers;
  • crisis lines or suicide-prevention lines;
  • hospitals, clinics, dental offices, call centers, or businesses you are not authorized to test;
  • individual consumers or patients;
  • minors, children, or other persons in their personal capacity;
  • competitors without permission;
  • numbers that have not authorized testing;
  • numbers where AI-generated calls, test calls, or recordings would violate law or contractual obligations;
  • any target that RingScore blocks or instructs you not to call.

If a test call reaches a human recipient, patient, consumer, emergency service, or any other prohibited or unintended party, you must terminate the call and not continue the interaction unless you have all required authorization, notice, and consent.

If any recipient, organization, carrier, vendor, or affected party requests that calls stop, objects to a test call, or submits a complaint, you must immediately stop testing the relevant number or system and promptly notify RingScore. RingScore may block the number, account, organization, or destination.

04Prohibited uses

You may not use RingScore for:

  • harassment, threats, abuse, intimidation, or nuisance calls;
  • spam, robocalls, unsolicited calls, telemarketing, political calls, fundraising calls, or promotional calls;
  • impersonation, deception, fraud, phishing, pretexting, social engineering, or credential harvesting;
  • competitive sabotage or unauthorized competitive intelligence gathering;
  • surveillance, monitoring, or recording of third parties without authorization;
  • testing how a real person, clinic, or organization responds unless they authorized the test;
  • extracting confidential, personal, patient, financial, health, or business information from any person or system;
  • misleading recipients into believing they are speaking to a real patient, customer, employee, regulator, insurer, vendor, or government representative, unless the interaction is an authorized test in a controlled environment;
  • violating telecommunications, call-recording, privacy, consumer-protection, healthcare, security, or other applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable wiretap and two-party consent laws;
  • any activity that could harm RingScore, users, third parties, or the public.

05No protected health information or real patient data

RingScore does not accept protected health information (PHI), real patient records, real patient identifiers, real clinical information, real insurance information, real billing records, real appointment history, or other regulated healthcare data. The Service is not configured for PHI use, and Elva Health Technologies, Inc. does not enter into business associate agreements (BAAs) in connection with the Service.

You may use synthetic, fictional, test, or properly de-identified data to create scenarios, personas, test packs, and evaluation workflows. If data was originally derived from healthcare information, you are responsible for ensuring that it has been de-identified in accordance with applicable law (including HIPAA Expert Determination or Safe Harbor methods, where applicable) before submitting it to the Service.

You may not submit, upload, transmit, expose, or generate:

  • protected health information;
  • real patient names, phone numbers, dates of birth, medical information, insurance information, billing information, appointment history, or clinical records;
  • screenshots, documents, forms, recordings, or transcripts containing real patient data;
  • regulated healthcare data of any kind;
  • sensitive personal information, government identifiers, financial account numbers, or biometric identifiers, except where necessary for account security, authentication, abuse prevention, or authorized test-call evaluation.

06No medical, clinical, legal, or compliance reliance

You may not use RingScore as the sole basis for:

  • patient-care decisions;
  • medical or dental diagnosis;
  • emergency triage decisions;
  • clinical treatment decisions;
  • legal or compliance conclusions;
  • HIPAA determinations;
  • billing, coding, reimbursement, or insurance decisions;
  • final deployment approval without human review.

RingScore is an evaluation tool. It does not replace professional judgment, legal counsel, compliance review, clinical supervision, or operational governance.

07Scenario and persona rules

You may create custom scenarios and personas only for legitimate AI receptionist evaluation.

You may not create scenarios or personas that:

  • instruct RingScore to harass, threaten, deceive, or manipulate people;
  • attempt to extract confidential or regulated information;
  • impersonate real patients, employees, clinicians, regulators, insurers, vendors, or competitors without authorization;
  • include real patient data, real PHI, or other regulated healthcare information;
  • are designed to bypass legal, safety, privacy, or platform controls;
  • encourage unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or discriminatory conduct;
  • simulate emergencies against real emergency systems or non-consenting recipients;
  • simulate minors or children for any purpose other than legitimate AI receptionist evaluation in a controlled, authorized environment.

Authorized testing personas may simulate realistic patient behavior only within approved test environments and only against systems you are authorized to evaluate.

08No abuse of AI, voice, or telephony systems

You may not use RingScore to:

  • generate unwanted AI voice calls;
  • create or distribute misleading synthetic voice content;
  • clone or impersonate a real person’s voice without authorization;
  • evade caller ID, consent, call-recording, or telecom rules;
  • bypass rate limits, blocks, carrier controls, or anti-abuse systems;
  • overload phone systems, queues, call centers, AI agents, or telephony infrastructure;
  • repeatedly call a number after a recipient asks to stop;
  • use RingScore as a dialing system, robocall platform, call-blasting tool, or harassment tool.

You may not use RingScore to communicate with, triage, schedule, advise, collect information from, or otherwise interact with real patients, consumers, or individuals in their personal capacity. RingScore is for synthetic, controlled AI receptionist evaluation only.

09Security and platform integrity

You may not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or copy the hosted Service except as permitted by applicable law;
  • probe, scan, or test RingScore’s systems without written permission;
  • bypass authentication, authorization, approval, rate limits, or access controls;
  • share accounts, access codes, signup links, API keys, or credentials;
  • use bots, scripts, headless browsers, or automation to abuse the Service;
  • interfere with Service availability or performance;
  • upload malware or malicious content;
  • attempt prompt injection, data exfiltration, or system manipulation except in approved test contexts expressly supported by RingScore.

10Benchmark and report integrity

This Section supplements the “Use of Reports and Public Claims” section of the Terms of Service. Under the Terms, you may not publicly disclose, publish, advertise, market, benchmark, compare, rank, certify, or make public claims based on RingScore outputs without RingScore’s prior written approval.

You also may not publicly disclose call audio, transcripts, screenshots, recordings, evidence snippets, failure excerpts, or other test artifacts generated through RingScore without RingScore’s prior written approval and all required third-party permissions.

Even where RingScore expressly authorizes a public use of reports, you may not:

  • claim that a vendor, product, or AI receptionist is “RingScore certified”;
  • publish manipulated, partial, misleading, or out-of-context reports;
  • remove disclaimers, limitations, timestamps, test-pack details, or configuration details from reports;
  • represent custom private tests as universal RingScore certification;
  • use RingScore reports to defame, harass, or unfairly attack a third party;
  • claim that a passing result guarantees safety, compliance, readiness, or real-world performance.

11Rate limits and usage controls

RingScore may impose usage limits, test limits, call limits, destination limits, review queues, manual approvals, or other controls.

You may not attempt to bypass or evade these controls.

RingScore may block specific numbers, domains, accounts, organizations, regions, use cases, or test types to prevent misuse or comply with legal, carrier, or platform obligations.

12Reporting misuse

You must promptly notify RingScore if you become aware of:

  • unauthorized account access;
  • leaked access codes or signup links;
  • unauthorized calls;
  • misuse of RingScore;
  • accidental submission of regulated data;
  • a complaint, legal notice, carrier notice, vendor objection, or abuse report related to a RingScore test call;
  • a security, privacy, or abuse incident.

When reporting a complaint, legal notice, or objection, you must preserve and provide relevant information, including the test ID, target number, scenario, persona, call time, and report.

Reports may be sent to legal@elva.ai.

13Enforcement

If RingScore believes this AUP has been violated, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including:

  • warning the user;
  • blocking specific calls or destinations;
  • rate-limiting usage;
  • removing content;
  • disabling scenarios or personas;
  • suspending or terminating accounts;
  • revoking access codes;
  • preserving logs and evidence;
  • notifying affected parties, service providers, carriers, or authorities where appropriate;
  • seeking legal remedies.

We may take action even if misuse is suspected but not yet confirmed, where necessary to protect RingScore, users, third parties, or the public.

If RingScore reasonably believes misuse has occurred or is occurring, you agree not to delete, alter, conceal, or destroy relevant test records, reports, transcripts, call logs, scenarios, personas, or communications.

14Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time to address misuse, safety, security, legal, or operational risks. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting an updated version, sending email, or using in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated AUP.
