01Purpose of RingScore
RingScore is an AI receptionist evaluation platform. It allows approved users to create, configure, and run realistic test scenarios against AI receptionist systems, including custom personas, simulated dental and front-desk workflows, test calls, transcripts, scoring outputs, and readiness reports.
RingScore is designed for legitimate evaluation of AI receptionist systems before they are trusted with real patient workflows. RingScore is not intended for harassment, spam, surveillance, unauthorized benchmarking, robocalling, fraud, impersonation, or testing systems that you are not authorized to evaluate.
02Approval-based access
RingScore is not an open self-service platform. Access is reviewed before accounts are activated.
We may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that:
- your request is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable;
- you are not eligible to use the Service;
- the Service may be used without proper authorization;
- your use creates legal, operational, safety, privacy, security, reputational, or abuse risk;
- your use violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law; or
- continued access is not appropriate for RingScore or its users.
Private signup links, invitation links, approval emails, and access codes are non-transferable. You may not share, sell, publish, forward, reuse, or allow another person or organization to use your access code, signup link, account, or credentials.
03Eligibility and account responsibility
You may use RingScore only if you are at least 18 years old and are using the Service for a legitimate business, operational, quality-assurance, vendor-evaluation, or AI-receptionist testing purpose.
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of information submitted during access request and account creation;
- maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and access codes;
- all activity under your account;
- ensuring that authorized users in your organization comply with these Terms;
- promptly notifying us of unauthorized access, suspected misuse, or security incidents.
If your account is associated with an organization, administrators for that organization may access, manage, export, delete, restrict, or view Customer Content, reports, test history, users, settings, and usage associated with that organization. You are responsible for ensuring that each authorized user within your organization has appropriate authority and permissions.
04Authorized testing only
You may only use RingScore to test phone numbers, AI receptionist systems, workflows, organizations, and environments that you own, operate, administer, or are explicitly authorized to evaluate.
You may not use RingScore to call, test, probe, monitor, evaluate, benchmark, record, or interact with any third-party phone number, AI receptionist, business, clinic, vendor, system, or person unless you have clear authorization to do so.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permissions, consents, notices, authorizations, and legal rights required for any test call or evaluation that you initiate through RingScore.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of RingScore does not violate any contract, platform terms, acceptable-use policy, vendor agreement, confidentiality obligation, or technical restriction applicable to the AI receptionist system or phone number being tested. Authorization from a practice or organization to test its current AI receptionist does not, by itself, mean you have authorization from the vendor that operates that AI receptionist.
05Outbound test calls and telecommunications compliance
RingScore may place or facilitate outbound AI-generated test calls. You are solely responsible for ensuring that each phone number, recipient, and test environment you configure is lawful and authorized.
You agree not to use the Service for:
- unwanted calls or robocalls;
- spam, harassment, impersonation, deception, or social engineering;
- fraud, phishing, or competitive sabotage;
- political calls, consumer solicitation, or collection activity;
- calls to emergency services;
- calls to individuals or organizations that have not authorized testing;
- any communication that violates call-consent, call-recording, telemarketing, telecommunications, privacy, consumer-protection, or industry-specific rules.
You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other laws related to artificial or prerecorded voice calls, call recording, caller consent, do-not-call obligations, privacy, and telecommunications. Some U.S. states require all parties to a call to consent to recording; you are responsible for confirming compliance with all applicable wiretap and two-party consent laws.
If a test call reaches a human recipient, patient, consumer, emergency service, or other unintended party, you must not continue the interaction unless you have all required authorization, notice, and consent. RingScore may implement automated or manual controls to terminate, block, review, or restrict such calls.
RingScore may block or restrict calls to certain numbers, number ranges, geographies, carriers, emergency services, premium-rate numbers, government numbers, consumer numbers, or other destinations at its discretion.
06Call recording, transcripts, and test artifacts
RingScore may record, transcribe, process, analyze, store, and display test calls, audio, transcripts, prompts, personas, scenarios, scoring outputs, reports, call metadata, and related artifacts for the purpose of providing, securing, improving, and supporting the Service.
By using RingScore, you represent that you have all rights, notices, and consents required for RingScore to process those materials.
You may not use RingScore to record or analyze calls unless you are legally permitted to do so.
07Customer Content
- Customer Content
- Any content, data, instructions, scenarios, personas, policies, scripts, prompts, phone numbers, call targets, files, notes, feedback, test configurations, or other materials that you submit, upload, generate, or provide to RingScore in connection with the Service.
Customer Content is controlled by the Customer that submits or generates it. As between you and RingScore, you retain ownership of your Customer Content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.
You grant RingScore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, analyze, transform, and otherwise use Customer Content as necessary to provide, secure, operate, support, and improve the Service, and to enforce these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
We do not use Customer Content to train or fine-tune general-purpose AI models that we offer to third parties. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or operational data derived from Customer Content to monitor and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have all rights necessary to provide Customer Content to RingScore;
- Customer Content does not violate law, third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, or these Terms;
- Customer Content does not include regulated data prohibited by Section 8.
08No protected health information or sensitive personal information
RingScore does not accept protected health information (PHI), real patient records, real patient identifiers, real clinical information, real insurance information, real billing records, real appointment history, or other regulated healthcare data. The Service is not configured for PHI use, and Elva Health Technologies, Inc. does not enter into business associate agreements (BAAs) in connection with the Service.
You may use synthetic, fictional, test, or properly de-identified data to create scenarios, personas, test packs, and evaluation workflows. If data was originally derived from healthcare information, you are responsible for ensuring that it has been de-identified in accordance with applicable law (including HIPAA Expert Determination or Safe Harbor methods, where applicable) before submitting it to the Service.
You also may not submit sensitive personal information, government identifiers, financial account numbers, or biometric identifiers through the Service except where necessary for account security, authentication, abuse prevention, or authorized test-call evaluation.
If we discover that PHI, other regulated healthcare data, or sensitive personal information has been submitted to the Service without authorization, we may delete it, restrict the account, suspend or terminate access, and take other action consistent with Section 19 and our Privacy Policy.
RingScore is not a substitute for your legal, compliance, security, HIPAA, privacy, or patient-safety review.
09Use of reports and public claims
RingScore reports, scores, transcripts, recordings, summaries, readiness labels, failure classifications, and other evaluation outputs are provided for your internal evaluation and operational review only, unless RingScore expressly authorizes another use in writing.
You may not publicly disclose, publish, advertise, market, benchmark, compare, rank, certify, or make public claims based on RingScore outputs without RingScore’s prior written approval.
You may not use RingScore outputs to make misleading, deceptive, or disparaging claims about any AI receptionist vendor, dental practice, dental support organization (DSO), competitor, patient-facing system, or third party.
You are responsible for ensuring that any use or disclosure of RingScore outputs complies with applicable law, confidentiality obligations, vendor agreements, privacy obligations, and third-party rights.
10No medical, legal, compliance, or deployment advice
RingScore reports, scores, transcripts, summaries, recommendations, labels, risk indicators, and outputs are evaluation artifacts for operational review only.
RingScore does not provide medical, dental, clinical, legal, compliance, billing, insurance, coding, security, or patient-care advice. You should not rely on RingScore as the sole basis for deploying an AI receptionist, making patient-care decisions, making compliance determinations, or determining whether any system is safe, compliant, accurate, or suitable for real-world use.
RingScore results are limited to the scenarios, configurations, data, prompts, models, tools, phone conditions, and evaluation methods used at the time of testing.
11No guarantee of AI receptionist performance
RingScore can help identify risks, failures, and gaps in AI receptionist behavior, but it does not guarantee that any AI receptionist will be safe, accurate, compliant, reliable, or suitable in production.
Passing a RingScore test, receiving a high score, or receiving a positive readiness report does not mean that an AI receptionist will perform correctly in all real-world conditions.
You are solely responsible for your deployment decisions, vendor decisions, operating procedures, supervision, monitoring, and patient-facing workflows.
12Acceptable Use Policy
Your use of the Service must comply with the RingScore Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may update the Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to address misuse, safety, security, legal, or operational risks.
13Open-source materials
RingScore may make certain judge logic, scenario libraries, persona libraries, schemas, documentation, or related materials available as open-source resources. Those materials are governed by their applicable open-source licenses.
The hosted RingScore Service, user interface, workflow engine, telephony infrastructure, hosted reports, private execution environment, access controls, data, analytics, and non-public product features are not open source unless expressly stated.
Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to copy, reproduce, resell, host, or commercially exploit the hosted RingScore Service except as expressly permitted by RingScore.
14Hosted Service restrictions
You may not, and may not permit others to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the hosted Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk export data from the hosted Service except through approved features or APIs;
- bypass, disable, or interfere with access controls, rate limits, call limits, abuse-prevention systems, security controls, or usage measurement;
- use bots, scripts, automated agents, headless browsers, or load-testing tools against the hosted Service without RingScore’s prior written permission;
- copy, frame, resell, sublicense, white-label, or commercially exploit the hosted Service;
- use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing hosted AI receptionist evaluation platform, except with respect to open-source materials used under their applicable licenses.
15Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, corrections, feature requests, comments, or other feedback, you grant RingScore the right to use that feedback without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you.
16Confidentiality
During use of RingScore, you may receive access to non-public information about RingScore, including product features, workflows, test methods, reports, roadmap details, pricing, access controls, or technical information. You may not disclose non-public RingScore information unless authorized in writing.
This does not limit your rights to use or discuss open-source materials that RingScore has publicly released under an applicable open-source license.
RingScore will handle Customer Content in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable written agreement between you and RingScore.
17Third-party services
RingScore relies on third-party service providers for hosting, telephony, AI model processing, transcription, analytics, email, security, storage, support, and other functions. The specific providers we use may change from time to time without notice.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control. Your use of RingScore may be subject to third-party terms where applicable.
18Fees and payment
Access to the Service may be offered free of charge during early access periods or subject to fees as specified in an order form, subscription agreement, or other written agreement between you and RingScore. Where fees apply:
- fees are payable in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed;
- fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your applicable agreement or required by law;
- you are responsible for applicable taxes, other than taxes on RingScore’s net income; and
- failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access under Section 19.
We may change fees with reasonable notice for subscription renewals or new purchases.
19Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access immediately if we believe that:
- you violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
- you used RingScore without proper authorization;
- your use could harm RingScore, users, third parties, or the public;
- your use could create legal, privacy, safety, abuse, telecommunications, or security risk;
- you provided inaccurate or misleading information;
- you failed to pay applicable fees; or
- we are required to do so by law or by a service provider.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Customer Content handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy. We may retain certain records where needed for legal, security, compliance, audit, dispute-resolution, or abuse-prevention purposes.
20Service changes, availability, and beta features
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available operation.
RingScore may impose usage limits, call limits, rate limits, test limits, review requirements, or other restrictions to protect the platform and prevent misuse.
Beta or early-access features may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time, and may produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, RingScore does not provide any service-level agreement, uptime commitment, support response commitment, or report-delivery guarantee.
21Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingScore disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, and error-free operation.
RingScore does not warrant that the Service will detect every failure, prevent harm, identify every risk, produce accurate scores in every case, or make correct deployment recommendations.
22Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingScore and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, failed deployments, vendor losses, reputational harm, or third-party claims arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingScore’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to RingScore for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
23Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RingScore and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use or misuse of the Service;
- unauthorized testing or calls;
- violation of telecommunications, privacy, call-recording, healthcare, consumer-protection, or other laws;
- your Customer Content;
- your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
- your violation of third-party rights;
- your deployment, procurement, or use of any AI receptionist system;
- any claim that a call, transcript, scenario, persona, report, or test you configured was unlawful, unauthorized, misleading, harmful, or improper;
- your public use or disclosure of RingScore outputs in violation of Section 9.
RingScore will notify you of any indemnifiable claim where reasonably practicable. RingScore may control the defense and settlement of any claim or require you to defend the claim with counsel reasonably acceptable to RingScore. You may not settle any claim in a way that admits fault, imposes obligations on RingScore, or affects RingScore’s rights without our prior written consent.
24Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and RingScore consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts, unless a different dispute-resolution mechanism is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
25Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting an updated version, sending email, or using in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
26Miscellaneous

- These Terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and any order form or written agreement between you and RingScore, constitute the entire agreement between you and RingScore regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.

- No waiver
- A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
